What Make Us Different With Others

● Steel Pipe

The pipes we used are hot galvanized steel withφ48mm, thickness 2-4mm, loading capacity≥150kg/unit. Its corrosion resistance is much higher than conventional pipes. Some supplier only use cold galvanized steel ,which is easier getting rust, but you can’t see the difference from outside.

● Fastener

There are two type of fastener, one made of nodular cast iron with MIN thickness 3.5mm and surface powder coating, high intensity compression≥8.8, innerφ40-50mm, outerφ48mm, its loading capacity is the best. Another fastener is made of galvanized steel, same specification but with low loading capacity, usually we take it for mini indoor playground project.

Flame-retardant plywood we used is qualified with GB20286-2006, with thickness 9-20mm and reach the national standard B1. Peal cotton density≥20kg/m³, anti-oil, anti-static, moisture-proof and flame retardant. PVC thickness>0.45mm, strength≥840D. When lights on it, no glare, no dazzling. From outside, our platform is much thicker while other supplier’s platform is only 30㎜.

● Foam Tube

Not all foam tube is flame-retardant.The tube we use are made of high-density EPE with outerφ85mm, innerφ55mm, thickness 15mm, length 2500mm. They are more soft, so its tensile performance is better. Beside they are anti-UV and suitable for outdoor.

● Ball

The ball pool is children’s favorite attraction in softplay center, ocean ball are consumable that require regular replacement, But high quality will prolong the replacement cycle. Our ocean ball is made by food grade PE, non-toxic and odorless, with φ8mm and 8g/pc.

● Trampoline Frame Structure

Main frame of trampoline is made of galvanized steel square tube 80*80*4mm and circular tubeφ48*2mm, all metal parts are painted with world famous brand:AKZO. All metal parts are under sandblasting and rust removal treatment, making them more durable and long-lasting. In contrast,other manufacturer don’t take such precaution for their thin trampoline frame.

● Spring

● Trampoline Pad

As a structure to protect player safety, the quality of trampoline pad is very important. We use 0.55mm thick matte PVC and EPE cotton peal, total thickness is 70mm. Different with other manufacturer, we take oblique cutting, which will make surface more smooth after installation and ensure a better safety. Usually trampoline pad from other manufacture is less than 70mm, it’s too weak to keep player safe.
